I currently work as a Psychological Therapist for NHS where I treat patients with moderate to severe depression and anxiety issues. I also work as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist at Priory Hospital, Chelmsford. Before working with the NHS I was working as a Person Centred Counsellor at HM Norwich Prison, seeing both adult prisoners as well as young offenders for counselling. I was also working at a counselling centre called The Norwich Centre, seeing clients for therapy with a range of issues from depression to life adjustments (e.g. bereavement, maritial breakdown, etc). Prior to this I have worked as a counsellor in Norwich Mind, again I saw clients for therapy with a wide range of issues including more severe mental health issues including bi-polar disorder. I currently own and operate Clear Therapies, which offers flexible CBT and counselling and clinic room rental within Mid Essex and internationally through internet based sessions.
